The Iowa Department of Public Safety seeks a qualified vendor to design, develop, and host a recruiting/careers website, to include the following features:

  • Informational recruitment pages for non-certified officers, certified officer, and non-sworn personnel and peace officer candidates
  • An officer testimonials page (working and living in Iowa, career advancement opportunities, etc.)
  • Diversity/inclusion page to assist in recruiting a diverse workforce
  • A page describing the Agency’s ten-step hiring process
  • Integrated salary calculator
  • Benefits page
  • DPS Academy profile page
  • Calendar of Events
  • Support Services page – highlighting mentors, chaplains, etc.
  • Ability for user to sign up for an email list
  • Chatbot – Q & A
  • Link to DPS applicant tracking system
  • Allow for photo/video embeds
