Robert Ray Conference Room Equipment

The Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) seeks qualified vendors to provide A/V equipment for the Robert Ray Conference Room at the Iowa State Capitol Building. The equipment is needed to give the conference room an A/V upgrade and enhance its capabilities. The system will be capable of voice conferencing, software based video conferencing, resident PC presentation, guest laptop connections, and wireless presentation capability.
