The Department of Management is amending the Notice of Intent to Award for NOFA #008 issued on October 30, 2023, to
address a clerical error that impacts a subset of applicants.
1 Awards identified with a superscript 1 indicate a reduced Award amount due to Broadband Serviceable Location(s) (BSL)
that intersect with an ILEC’s accepted Enhanced A-CAM offer, making the BSL(s) ineligible for NOFA #008 funding. The
reduction in the Award amount is commensurate with the removal of the impacted BSL(s). The revised project area will
be transmitted to Awardee prior to transmission of the grant agreement.
2 Awards identified with a superscript 2 indicate a reduced Award amount due to BSL(s) overlap with a higher-ranking
application. The reduction in the Award amount is commensurate with the removal of overlapping BSL(s). The revised
project area will be transmitted to Awardee prior to transmission of the grant agreement.
3 Awards identified with a superscript 3 indicate a reduced Award amount due to successful Project Location Challenge(s)
to BSL(s) within the award area. The reduction in the Award amount is commensurate with the removal of successfully
challenged BSL(s). The revised project area will be transmitted to Awardee prior to transmission of the grant
agreement.
4 Awards identified with a superscript 4 indicate that an amount less than the funds requested by a particular Applicant was
awarded commensurate with the remaining funds following the issuance of all other Awards, consistent with NOFA #008,
section 1.6.5.2.
